- Forearm Plank with Knee To Elbow- Oblique/Core
- Standing Knee To Elbow- Oblique
- Overhead Pilates Sit Up- Total Core
- Seated Half Pigeon- Glutes
- Lunges with Butt Squeeze- Legs/ Glutes
- Plie Sqats- Total Leg & Glutes
It’s great to incorporate these core, glute and leg exercises in addition to your current workout routine!
