There is a segment toward the end of the movie that discusses the power of visualization and positive affirmations. They share this beautiful affirmation by Lousie Hay:
“I accept myself unconditionally right now”
This will be our only affirmation for the week. I encourage you not only say it, but to take it a step further and say it to yourself in the mirror. Powerful!
Will definitely add this to my list. I love documentaries and this sounds great!!!!!!!!!

Let me know what you think.. [RainyMilo.com] or find her on you tube…
May the best of all things come your way! With love, Cheree’
I AM GOING TO WATCH THIS FILM! WITHOUT RESERVATION!!! [Speaking of positive affirmations, have you ever heard of Diane Petrella [Living Lightly]? She has so many excellent affirmations included in her newsletter…she has a weekly /daily program of seven intense mind-altering paths to pursue!!! [she speaks of ‘releasing weight’ not ‘losing’ it because ‘losing’ weight implies that you want to find it again, and you invariably DO!!] Another thing I’d like to share with you, Tiff! I feel as if you’re one of my closest friends and I jump for joy every time I receive a posting from you! [via you tube; as that is the only medium I’m into using… I’m still a novice at this whole social media thing…] Please respond. Love ya, Cheree’
