  1. I am going to try and strut myself while fighting my neurological disease, cancer and more by fighting hard to stay alive and take to heart what you say and with all my strength get sponge bathed daily, try to get skin as healthy looking as possible so I can put makeup on to feel better about myself and fake tan even if I can’t go outside and the only person who will get to see me is my husband for a few hours except really Try hard to STRUT my stuff by being doing these things since I have all night- so he can see me looking healthier and I will feel better about myself since fashion, dance and beauty were my life besides loved ones before I got sick. So I will think of your words Tiffany and dig deep to keep these goals so I also shop my closet and use the makeup I was given since It felt good giving away a lot of it yet want to use what I have to STRUT it as life is short and I try to look at the quote on the wall by Audrey Hepburn daily saying,”Nothing is Impossible, the word itself sais I’m possible.” A quote that I am sure reminds us all of what Tiffany would say.

      • To all you beautiful women,
Thank you for the very kind comments as it is very hard for me to type or I would write even more great ways to save money that has helped me feel better when I ever am able to get my real shower and the person who really has helped me fight to live besides family is Tiffany. As I am sure you all have been through some hard time in life. It means so much to me to get nice comments to just my two ideas I left on body scrub, etc since it’s really hard to type. Thanks for touching my heart. I knew only Amazing people would be a part of this amazing blog as Tiffany is just so beautiful inside and out. I think we all agree on that and thanks again to you all for the kind comments that help me fight to do what Tiffany’s shirt sais, try to stay Alive.

  2. Hey guys , to save money on scrubs and since they can add up I wish I had asked my hubby to get coconut oil, raw sugar or salt depending on what you like and mix them with a little olive oil since it mimics the skins natural oils making body so soft and if you have any oils you want to add for smell. This makes the most hydrating scrub and you can get all products at a trader joes or market and it will make you 3-4 mason jar sizes and my body before using bought scrubs would burn all the time yet after this your skin is so so soft. For face hydration mix organic honey or olive oil with some Greek yogurt as a face mask and your face will also be so so hydrated. Last new thing I tried is use eye drops and save money as you can use them to make eyeshadow more intense. Also foil mineral eyeshadow- give it that wet or metallic look. Just a few ways to save money. Have a wonderful holiday as I will dream of seeing the outside and beach again someday.

  3. Hi Tiffany, thanks for all the great tips! I just wanted to let you know about a drugstore find of mine. It’s a new sunblock by Coppertone called Clearly Sheer. There is one labeled for beach and pool with an SPF of 50 and one labeled for sunny days with an SPF of 30. It is so light weight, absorbs very quickly and just leaves your skin feeling so soft. I love it! Just thought I’d share!

  4. I will strut myself by get out of my own way! Ive suffered from depression, and I begin a new now. I will help others more, be less judgemental of myself and be of service of those in need. Battered womans shelter, homeless shelters and volunteer for the children’s shelter. We take to much for granted. I will be the change I’d like too see in this world.

  5. I am going to strut my stuff by continuing to get healthy by losing some weight, continue to incorporate juicing into my life and becoming more active. I am going to continue my volunteer work at Best Friends Animal Society, as this makes me very happy. I am planting my own vegetable garden next weekend to save some money. I think I will try something new, like the dry brushing. Thanks for sharing all the great products, I can’t wait to try them.

  6. I am going to strut my stuff by continuing to get healthy, down 10 lbs and 9 inches already. Doing the 10 day green smoothie cleanse by JJ Smith. She’s amazing! Check her out Tiff, you’ll love her. I get up every morning and do a smoothie with dark greens, a scoop of raw protein powder, flax, 2 or 3 different fruits (her book has different smoothie recipes everyday & the morning prep makes enough for the whole day), so it’s a new treat everyday. I drink one 3 times a day right now but will eventually go to 2 smoothie’s a day and one good protein meal. I have a whole different outlook on weight loss now, for me it’s about getting healthy and staying that way. It’s about a lifestyle change for the rest of my life, it’s not about diet. I am so done with those. I want to live as long as I can the way God created me to live without putting poison in my body. I’m Sleeping thru the night again and I have more energy than ever. It’s everything in moderation & one day at a time!! God Bless you Sista! Love you much! Jo Lerch

  7. I have always loved seeing ladies dressed so fashionable and cute, but have never known where to even start. This summer will be fun to STRUT!!! Your videos are FABULOUS! Thank you for taking the time to inspire ladies you will never even meet. I have passed your videos on to friends and encouraged them to follow you on social media. These videos are too good to pass up.

  8. Thanks so much for your tips, some of them I have heard before but you deliver them in such a positive, fresh way they inspire me all over again.
It is heading into winter in Australia so the weather is starting to be a little gloomy at times..so my aim for the month ahead is to try to be more POSITIVE in all that I do, (especially my thoughts), truly LISTEN to my friends (ask them how they are and truly listen 100%), and take some ME TIME (maybe just sitting and enjoying the sounds of AHP Octobersong)
I look forward to more inspiration from your next SOS posting.

    • Love reading this! Watch your life change sista just by focusing on more positive thinking! I know it’s difficult when the weather is gloomy too so it’s a great time to work on this. Be blessed!

  9. Subscriber, Follower on Facebook & Twitter. I’m going to strut myself this summer with a spring in my step! WHOA after being a stay at home mom for 19 years, on 6/2/14 my last two in the nest graduated. It has been a very long 19 years, I have given up so much of myself over the years. Now it’s on to find me again and a whole new life!
