There is one thing that may be the most important factor in determining what kind of success you have in your life.
It’s probably not what you think.
It’s not your education. It’s not your bank balance. It’s not your family, your job, or your fitness.
All of those things are good, but I believe what matters most is . . .your audacity!
Some people only think of audacity as brash, arrogant, and rude; the audacity I’m talking about is bold, courageous, and determined.
Years ago I would have never been described as audacious. I was so consumed with insecurity and fear. With God’s help, my life is completely transformed and I want the same for you.
Let me share with you some areas I’ve found it’s important to develop a godly audacity in.
First, you must develop the audacity to believe in yourself.
Do you have the audacity to believe in the dreams God’s placed in your heart? Do you have the boldness to think they could actually happen? What do you have the courage to pursue?
Someone once said that the worst day in heaven would be if God gave us a glimpse of what we could have had, could have done, and could have been, but we gave up.
I want you to develop the audacity to do what God’s put in your heart to do . . . regardless of your current circumstances!
My dad was a simple automotive paint and body repair man when he surrendered his life to the Lord. He was in much debt, with a struggling marriage, and a failing business. At a point of desperation, he cried out to God saying, “Lord, I’m a failure! I’m a nobody. What would you want with me?”
He heard the Lord say . . .
“Don’t worry about it, son. I’m a master
at making champions out of nobodies.”
He started to believe that God could use a paint and body repair man to impact the world. He started to see himself as a champion. He developed audacity to do great things for God!
The same change can take place in you. I want you to realize that you are a masterpiece created by the very hand of Almighty God, you are not a mistake, it’s not too late, and you have what it takes to do great things!
You also must have the audacity to believe each day matters.
It’s the seemingly little, insignificant things you do on a daily basis that propels you to the top. It’s also the little habits you don’t develop that will continue to keep you from achieving your dreams.
You’ve probably heard the saying, “You can’t hire someone to do your push-ups!” You have to do the work.
You can’t hire someone to listen to faith-building messages for you, read books for you, confess your goals and declarations, plan your day, listen to the Holy Spirit, and develop your relationship with the Lord.
Every 24-hours you have is a gift from God and an opportunity to grow and prepare for your dreams.
When you have the audacity to believe today matters, you will do what it takes to get the most out of your day. That’s a big key difference between successful people and others.
Remember this: What’s simple to do is also simple not to do. So, stick with your positive daily habits and you will get positive results.

God Bless you!!
Great entry Tiffany. It’s very hard at times to try and overcome some incredible deep valleys,it can be done, the question is “Do I really even want to”? I blurb about the worst day in heaven….see I feel I did have it all….a wonderful wife and friend and now it’s gone. What could be worse then that? I am trying to stay upright however…..tomorrow is just around the corner and who knows what that might bring.
AMEN!!
