SELF-CARE MINI RETREAT: Jan 21st at Abi Ferrin

G’day Gorgeous!

One of the very 1st new friends I made when I moved to Dallas was the amazing Abi Ferrin. You know that rare chance when you meet someone and your eyes lock in as to say, “I know you.. I get you.. I see you”? That’s how meeting Abi was. She’s a fellow mission-driven entrepreneur who is as crazy passionate as I am about empowering women. So, what do 2 like-minded women do? We start a group, a sister circle, a safe space to do just that —

empower others.

A few months ago, after talking about it for way too long- we finally jumped in and started this monthly group.  Abi offered her store as our meeting spot which is total perfection because it’s centrally located near restaurants with valet and plenty of parking. Our intention is to get a conversation started, to help women use their voice, to see things differently and then leave thinking — Hmmmm, how can I apply this to my life?

Abi is not- I repeat- is not using this as a means to get people in to shop so please do not feel like you have to spend money or shop at these meetings!

This month our focus is on Making Self-Care As A Priority. Such a great topic as we begin the new year and especially after I’ve been traveling the outback for nearly 3 weeks and in desperate need of greens (DANG– Aussies love them some bread and pastries!), a facial, sleep, mani/pedi and a massage.

Hear from Abi’s yoga instructors from Yana Shala:

From the intention of manifesting your own inner teacher and personal voice, we’ll guide you step by step through the different phases of exploration and development in a safe and nurturing environment.

There’s no right, no wrong, no one method that fits all, but rather an opportunity to explore the right formula for you and your true uniqueness.

We’ll hold the space and time for you for that incredible inner journey of self-empowerment and discovery, providing you with an array of tools gathered from ancient and modern knowledge and modalities, applied to today’s world, including but not limited to, yoga, Ayurveda, meditation, and aromatherapy.
