Do you feel stuck? I did for a long time!

Do you sense that the path you’re on is taking you in the wrong direction? Whew, I was way off track!

Do you numb yourself and the fear with over spending, food, alcohol or too much television? I did all of the above!

I’m honored to have been asked to share my life experience and a few deeper parts of my journey to creating SOS – on the hit iTunes radio show, RELAUNCH! with Joel Boggess and Dr. Pei Kang. Joel is a life coach and the author of the #1 Amazon bestselling book – Finding your Voice.  Pei is a business executive and a gifted endodontist (root canal specialist) and yoga instructor.

I know Joel and Pei would love it if you subscribed and shared their iTunes show with your friends who need this type of inspiration!

As much I love working on camera, radio sure was fun and can be done without makeup! Holla!  This is a special episode to me as I have only shared some of these experiences here on the blog with you…so I would really appreciate if you made a comment and let me know your thoughts on the subject. I know God is opening the door and giving me the courage to share more of my story publicly.

Please don’t go another day living with your dreams dormant inside you!

Release the fear & relaunch, sista. If you need my personalized, private mentoring to guide you in this area- please contact me for details and pricing. Serious inquiries only. If you are not ready to do the work it takes to create lasting results – a coach or mentor will not help you!

TURNING MY PAST INTO MY PURPOSE

Happy February Fab Friends!

tiffanyb_sweater2--copy

Over the past week, I have been in an abyss of computer-geekness gathering website design elements to have my new site built! My personal site has been neglected for the past few years and as an entrepreneur with a purpose, it is uncalled-for to have an outdated website. Shame on me! Your presence on the world wide web is vital for the success of your brand and company. Any of you who have had a site built for your business will agree with me… can I get an amen?! One of most daunting tasks, especially when you are building a business from your passion, is to have your bio written. This is the story of YOU, your experience and mission for all to read on the vast www. I humbly share this with you sistas so you understand my mission a bit better…

From the trailer park to Beverly Hills and now back to Texas, Tiffany Hendra teaches women from all walks of life How to Style their Life.  As creator of the webseries Sanctuary Of Style, Tiffany has empowered women around the world to live their most fabulous lives from her private mentoring clients to an online community of over 20,000 women. Tiffany is a Wife, TV Host, Beauty & Style Expert and Lifestyle Mentor to women of all ages.  In addition to those titles, she can also be considered an “inspirationista” who is on a mission to guide women toward living their most fabulous,  healthy, Spiritually-conscious life. Her vision is for women all over the world to overcome their past circumstances and stand confident in their power. Tiffany believes confident women are World Changers!

Where does her passion and calling come from?

She knows many women are walking out the door each day with low self esteem, frustrated with their life. . . “I was one of those women”, says Tiffany.  She lived like this for years despite her successful career which took her around the world. On the surface, Tiffany appeared to have it all and learned the art of wearing a mask, but inside she was slowing dying. After enduring trials through her teen years ranging from sexual abuse to racial bullying, Tiffany lived many years in a shame-based existence. She became self-destructive, numbed herself with drugs and made poor choices from a place of fear instead of power.  After hitting bottom, Tiffany walked away from a successful career in Hollywood and embarked on a year of soul searching – the beginning of a long journey that would transform her mess into her message.

She never thought she was a life coach type…

As Tiffany began to heal from her past, she knew in every fiber of her being that she had to help other struggling women- especially young women- to live healthier and more stylish lives. She immersed herself with studying, learning, volunteering and even teaching everything she could about beauty, health, Spirituality, confidence, style and image. Her first opportunity was instructing a self-development class in Burbank, CA for teen girls ages 13-17. She went on to take skincare courses and became a consultant for Arbonne International teaching women how to change their lives through entrepreneurship. Part time, Tiffany was a sales associate and clothing buyer for a woman’s boutique on the popular 3rd Street in Los Angeles. She assisted her clients in revamping their wardrobe and image. Ironically, at the same time, she was revamping her own personal style. “When I was at my most depressed, this once Fashionista could barely put together a decent outfit herself and usually wore a pair of ugly brown cargo pants with tanks tops…and and I’m not a cargo girl”, Tiffany says. She realized her lifestyle was way out of balance and as she continued reconnecting to her Spirit the more her creativity opened up- even in the closet. During her growth, Tiffany sought out other Spiritually-conscious women and started a Spiritual group and prayer circle in her home for fashion and entertainment industry professionals. All of these experiences added up to be a great training ground for Tiffany.  Now, she is able to continue working on camera and at the same time, be of service to women around the world. “Sometimes when we’re running from our past, we run smack into our purpose”, says Tiffany. She found her calling.. or her calling found her.

Tiffany is extremely effective with teen girls and the various issues they face in their generation. She has mentored girls with depression, eating disorders, sexual and physical abuse, cutting, terminal diseases, suicidal tendencies and unplanned pregnancy.

Tiffany resides in Dallas, Tx with her Australian singer-songwriter husband of 10 years, Aaron Hendra, and their long-haired chihuahua, Zoe. Considering their marriage her biggest accomplishment, Tiffany uses this personal experience to help newlywed clients who are struggling, as she did, with the role of new wife. Aaron and Tiffany share a passion for helping others. They work closely with Sam Childers aka The Machine Gun Preacher and his efforts to rescue and rehabilitate orphaned children in Africa.

I am grateful that God has turned my HOT MESS into my message.

I am grateful you have joined me on this journey.

I am grateful for my past and the lessons it taught me.

I am grateful for my purpose and for what’s to come.

GET READY TO RECEIVE IN 2014

receive-emily-tepper

My Sweet Sistas!

On this final day of 2013, I encourage you to take some time to close your eyes and give thanks for last year. Give thanks for the blessings as well as the hardships because ultimately the tough times turn to blessings. SAY WHAT TIFF? Yes, the tough times become blessings in the form of lessons learned, wisdom and strength! We do not gain strength and wisdom when everything is easy breezy. Also, take the time to get alone and write out your 2014 intentions, goals, resolutions and COMMITMENTS. Most people putter out and give up on their resolutions by the end of January so I prefer to think of them in terms of commitments and intentions. We make commitments to our loved ones nearly everyday and feel awful when we don’t keep them. Being committed equals being dedicated, faithful, devoted and loyal.

WHAT COMMITMENTS DO YOU NEED TO MAKE TO YOURSELF IN 2014?

Go beyond the simple goal setting of “I want to workout more” and set to goal/intention with details like “I will workout for 45 minutes, 4 times a week”. Make your goals doable so you stay motivated. Take the time to really think about how you want 2014 to look. Do you want to lose weight, have more confidence, build deeper friendships with people, land new clients for your business? Recently, I read this about goal setting and loved it:

CONCEIVE>BELIEVE>ACHIEVE>RECEIVE!!!

Focus on the outcome of you fulfilling your goals. See the end result and RECEIVE the weight loss, RECEIVE more confidence, RECEIVE deeper friendships, RECEIVE more clients!

____________________________________________________

I would love to hear what your 2013 highlight was!

PLEASE MAKE A COMMENT + SHARE.

Obviously, my personal highlight was moving to Texas, but the highlight of SOS was leading my first live workshop in Vegas for the Rising Phoenix Charitable Foundation’s Annual Gala which raises funds for our friend Sam Childer’s (aka The Machinegun Preacher) and Angels Of East Africa as well as The Shade Tree Women’s Shelter. I’m looking forward to working with more women in person and putting on several workshops in 2014.

That’s one of my big new year commitments!

1551722_10151843403758372_969553304_n

I pray over this community and for each of you to have a blessed year full of health, happiness, beauty, style and commitments + goals received!

REMINDER: I will be taking new mentoring/coaching clients in January. If you are serious about committing and investing in yourself, please take advantage of my offer of COMPLIMENTARY 15 MINUTE SKYPE OR PHONE CONSULTATIONS through Wed, Jan 15th. If you are interested, please feel out the contact form on the SERVICES PAGE. Those who take advantage of this January consultation will receive a 25% discount on all packages or single sessions. *If you are not committed to your personal growth, a coach or mentor will not help you. Again, serious inquiries only!

2014 is going to ROCK!

BE LIMITLESS: 3 More Months to Rock 2013

Be_Limitless

Can you believe we are in the first week of October? Fall is officially here and it’s and exciting time because we have 3 more months to kick some serious bootie in 2013. Are there a few things on your goal list that you haven’t checked off yet? Are you struggling with a few intentions you’ve set? What is holding you back?

For the remainder of the year, I challenge us all to be limitless in our thinking and get out of our comfort zone:

    • THINK BIGGER!  If you think small, you achieve little.  Huge risk, Huge reward!
    • EXPAND YOUR VISION!  Look beyond what’s right in front of your face everyday!
    • TAKE ON NEW CHALLENGES! This builds confidence and forces you to grow!
    • PUSH THE BOUNDARIES! Your comfort zone isn’t the Great Wall of China. It’s just in your mind and you can do anything you set your mind to!
    • KARATE KICK YOUR FEARS!  Be like a warrior and kick the crap out of your fears instead of the other way around!
    • DON’T LET ANYTHING OR ANYONE STOP YOU!  Nuff said.
    • TAKE BABY STEPS!  This helps you stay grounded.  Stepping out can cause you to feel off kilter. Taking it slow will keep you balanced.
    • GET OFF THE HAMSTER WHEEL!  Being in your comfort zone can make you feel like you’re going in circles and getting nowhere!
    • STOP MAKING EXCUSES!  Excuses are useless!
    • JUST DO IT!  Once you make up your mind to do something, just get out there and do it already!
Our thoughts are powerful.  We can talk ourselves into, doing or NOT doing, anything. You may say, “I don’t have the money to do this or that or I just don’t have the time”, and trust me- I have used those excuses, but remember, excuses are useless!   They serve no purpose except for keeping you from truly enjoying ALL that life has to offer!   I have learned to feel comfortable being uncomfortable living outside my comfort zone.  Ultimately, it is more uncomfortable for us to stay in the same old, same old.
___________________________________________________________________

How are you going to dig deep and end the year on a high note?

Please share your thoughts. Putting it out there and sharing with others makes it more real and creates a sense of accountability.

Are you part of the Facebook Community? Join us.

Follow on Twitter too.

Have a fab week full of karate kicking your fears, great hair days and shining brightly!

NEVER GIVE UP! SOS Celebrates 10,000 YouTubers

SOS_Youtube

Hey Style Seekers!

When I began taping videos on my blackberry in 2010, I wasn’t sure what the heck I was doing, but what I was completely sure of was that I had this deep desire to help women, all over the world, to see themselves as beautiful and confident.  YouTube was really starting to take off and become the “go to” spot on the web for those seeking info and tips on a variety of topics.  I had a successful TV career and loved working front of the camera, but I always had writers tell me what to say, directors telling me what to do and lighting/camera/sound people to make it all happen and look good.  I believe I mentioned this before, but the first light set up we had in the closet was a nightstand lamp with a white sheet hanging in front of it as a diffuser. I’m giggling to myself when I think back at Aaron and I trying to create a set with absolutely no equipment. After lots and lots and LOTS of trial +  error, I figured out how to write a decent sounding segment and produce an effective webisode from start to finish. I brushed up on the changing industry and took some courses with THE hosting and branding expert, Marki Costello. Plus, being the nerd that I am, I taught myself how to edit on iMovie and now Final Cut Pro. I’m surprised I still have a full head of hair! I wanted to pull it all out many times. But when you have the will, you find the way…and giterdone.

Why am I sharing this?

I’m very excited that my YouTube Channel reached 10,000 subscribers this week! When I created my YouTube account, I didn’t know anything about subscribers or how to brand yourself or how to build this platform. Hello, my name was Tiffany “Clueless” Hendra! In 2002, I stepped away from my career in Hollywood to focus on my Spiritual journey and to figure out the real assignment God had for me. Whoa- again, I was clueless and had no idea the rollercoaster of a journey I was about to embark on!

As my vision to help women became more clear and in focus, I went back to my first love- fashion- and started working at a woman’s boutique as a buyer and image consultant. Then, I began studying skincare after a devastating bout with hormonal acne and became a skincare consultant. During this time, I also began instructing a teen girls self-development class. But, the core of my dream was to work in front of the camera again on a show that reached the masses. Today, with tears in my eyes and gratitude to God, I celebrate you all and the 10K people on YouTube who have joined my mission.

If you have a dream or nudge in your gut to do something…

DO NOT IGNORE IT!

DO NOT WAIT TO HAVE IT ALL FIGURED OUT!

Start taking baby steps today and stop caring what others may think. Hey- I actually put crappy videos on the world wide web for all to see. Call me naive and cray cray-crazy! My first blog looked like a first grader did it. Even putting yourself and your thoughts out there on a blog is daunting. But, a bit of crazy combined with guts, purpose and passion– can lead to fulfilling and exciting things. Now, I never dreamed women would be hiring me to help them create their video content and build their YouTube Channels. Thank God my passion or my crazy overpowered my naivety and I just kept putting one foot in front of the other. Remember, it’s ok to start simple. Just put your idea to paper and write a mission statement. Here’s mine from 2005:

Today, young women have more opportunity than ever, but at the same time, more obstacles to face. I have a responsibility to educate, inspire, and empower women through my testimony and life experiences.  It is my mission to be a guide to women, especially young women, who may not have the parental or social guidance they so desperately need.  Tiffany Hendra, 02.03.05

Did I ever feel like giving up? Of course!

Did I doubt myself? Heck yes!

But, I kept praying, believing and hoping. Even if it feels like all you have is a tattered thread of hope at times, keep hanging on to that thread. That thread can change everything.

Thank you all for joining me on this journey.

Love, Tiff

Are you ready to say “YES” to being Sexy Fit & Fab at ANY age? By Guest Blogger: Author + Beauty Expert Susie Augustin {Plus Book Giveaway}

Susie headshot

Meet the beautiful Susie Augustin!

Susie is a beauty expert, speaker and author of Sexy, Fit & Fab at Any Age!  In this book she shares eight keys that help women of all ages explore their inner and outer beauty, inspiring them to develop their essences, exude confidence, embrace their true selves and feel extraordinary. With a marketing degree and aesthetician license, she has over fifteen years experience in the health and beauty industry. Susie is an author, speaker, educator, publisher, columnist, marketing copywriter and branding specialist. She studied theatre, acting and improv for ten years and loves connecting with an audience. Susie has been a featured speaker at numerous workshops, with topics such as skincare, health, beauty, sex appeal, confidence building, writing and publishing. Having worked at some of the world’s most well-known and top rated beauty companies, she’s motivated thousands of women to look and feel their best, to embrace their sex appeal and to live a healthy lifestyle. Susie is excited about her new publishing company Get Branded Press. She offers workshops on how to write and publish a book, with several different services provided, such as book development, editing, proofreading, ghostwriting, book layout and many more. Susie’s motto is Dream it. Brand it.

SOS asked Susie to share her thoughts on a few topics we see many women dealing with today:

SOS: Many women seem to lose confidence in themselves when they become a new mother. What is your #1 piece of advice for women who feel they’ve lost their spunk, sizzle, moxie and sex appeal after they have a baby?

SA: Due to the celebrities we see in the media, we have a false perception of women regarding beauty, fitness, and bouncing back to pre-baby weight and body immediately after having a baby. The average woman doesn’t have the access to a personal chef, trainer, nannies, housekeepers, or the funds for liposuction, photo shoots and airbrushing. To all the new moms out there, give yourself huge credit for going through childbirth and putting the health and happiness of your new baby and family first. Don’t compare yourself to celebrity moms. It’s not realistic to bounce back right away in a bikini. It’s all about what works in your lifestyle.

You have to take a moment for yourself every day. Take a shower and put on some makeup to start your day off right. Planning a date night at least once a month is essential, as parenthood puts stress on a relationship. Remind your partner on date night how sexy you are by throwing on some heels, hoop earrings, lipstick, and strut your sass -confidence is sexy to men!

SOS: What was the best beauty tip you ever received and who was it from?

SA: Smile!  A smiling, happy face is a beautiful face. I’ve heard this throughout my life and I’ve been telling this to girls and women for years. As far as beauty products, my mom started selling Avon when I was eleven. I was introduced to washing my face and wearing sun protection daily at an early age. Years later studies showed that aging skin (lines, wrinkles, skin discoloration) is due to sun damage, so I’m grateful that I took preventative measures.

SOS: You are on a mission to motivate other women to look and feel their best, but how have YOU personally stayed motivated through the years? Many women seem to hit a certain age and just give up or throw in the towel…

SA: Staying positive, following my dreams and living a healthy lifestyle keep me centered, confident and enthusiastic about life. I enjoy being around like-minded people, so most of my friends are the same way. We constantly motivate and inspire each other. As we go through changes and challenges in life – stress, divorce, childbirth, health issues, weight gain, entering a new decade – we are able to lean on each other to get tips on how to look and feel better. I’ll set health, fitness, and weight loss goals with some of my friends. Many times we’ll do it together and keep each other on track. When you realize that we all go through ups and downs and experience insecurities, you feel less alone and the size of your challenges feel more manageable. I also regularly attend personal development seminars and networking events and am meeting fabulous new friends with similar interests.

SOS: Women are spread so thin and wear so many hats these days.  In your book, you teach the importance of living a balanced life.  We always need to reset and readjust things in order to stay on track. How do you reset when you find yourself getting unbalanced?

SA: The eight keys to living a balanced life in my book Sexy, Fit & Fab at Any Age are Spirit, Nutrition, Exercise, Education, Passion, Personality, Grooming and Sex Appeal. I do my best to stay balanced but it can be a challenge, even when you are pursuing your passions and everything in life is great. Setting goals and priorities are a great way to stay on track. Start with small goals and take baby steps. It’s not always practical trying to do everything every day. Be flexible. I like to start off my day with the first three keys, by taking a quick walk, having a green drink, writing in my journal and listening to an inspirational CD. Some days I have two hours for this, and other days only 45 minutes. I’ve learned not to be so hard on myself if I can’t get it all done, and remember that small cumulative steps can slowly build up to beautiful results.

SOS: What would you tell your 16 year old self?

SA: Take care of yourself and follow your dreams. Be patient, flexible, and open to things happening in unexpected ways. Be okay that life doesn’t always go according to your schedule; sometimes it takes longer or the outcome may be even greater than you’d dreamed. Know that your inner and natural beauty is one of your biggest assets.

SOS: Many people aspire to become an author and share their message with the world, but it seems like a daunting task.  How did you get started? What’s the first step to writing a book?

SA: I’ve always been passionate about reading and writing since I was young, and even my friends had me proofread and correct their book reports for them. Years later I went into the beauty industry and did everything from skincare, makeup, sales, training, marketing and copywriting. So it was through natural progression that my friend Kim Somers Egelsee asked me to speak at Willow Tree Circle about beauty and sex appeal. Women of all ages were interested in knowing more and asked when my book was coming out. During this time, Kim asked me to edit her book Getting Your Life to a 10 Plus. I started Get Branded Press and published both of our books and we had an amazing red carpet book launch, as well as hitting the Amazon Bestseller list. This is an amazing testament to what can happen when women practice being supportive of each other rather than competitive.

Since we both get requests daily for tips on how to write a book, what the process is, how to overcome writer’s block, and how to self-publish, we created Writing to WOW, a book writing workshop that is coming this September. The workshop includes visualizations to open up creativity, choosing a topic to write on, learning how to outline your book, and more. Complete information will be posted on my website soon at http://www.SexyFitFab.com. In the meantime, grab a notebook and pen (yes, I’m asking you to write, not type, as this opens up creativity) and make a list of your interests and passions. Pick one and write a paragraph about it. Challenge yourself to write even more. I also suggest writing in a journal daily. Get your feelings out, vent, write a gratitude list or to-do list for the day. You don’t need to be eloquent or articulate, just start writing!

CHILDLIKE WONDER +Plus+ A Fun Style Tip

Happy Humpday Hotstuff,

girl_bubbles

I trust your week is going great.  Mine just got a whole lot better this morning.  I awoke to the most precious iPhone video from my BFF’s triplets.  Heidi knows the stress I’ve been under and she always knows EXACTLY how to lift my spirits!  Thank God for loving friends.  The video shows three beautiful 2 year olds in their jammies running around saying, “Good Morning Aunt TT”.  Let’s all collectively say, AWWWWW!  They are so adorable and always in total wonder and amazement of the cell phone.  Talk about feeling the love and warming my heart today.  This was such a gift and I am so grateful for this family.

It was a simple reminder of how VERY important it is to stay in a state of wonder about life.  As adults, we carry the weight of the world on our shoulders and too easily become bitter, cynical and jaded.  Today, if the pressure of life and a massive stack of responsibilities has zapped your zest for life, try to be as present as possible, take a deep breathe and open your eyes to the fun, colorful, magical moments that are all around you.  Make this a daily practice and you will get your zest back and then some.  When we look through jaded eyes, we miss the best moments in life.

FUN + SILLY STYLE TIP:

Of course, I can manage to incorporate a style tip into today’s inspiration… One way I have fun with fashion and keep the sense of wonder alive with my personal style is choosing funky pieces like platform sneakers, a leopard coat or painting my nails a fun color.  Last week, I wore a new pair of black skinny jeans with a hot pink tuxedo stripe down the leg and  felt spunky all day!  Don’t take fashion too seriously. Don’t take yourself too seriously for that matter.

SPEAK LIFE NOT DEATH {Sunday Affirmations}

Hey Beautiful,

Julie_angelDrawn by Julie, Age 17

How was your first full week of 2013?  I am fueled by all the excitement and energy that’s buzzing around.  I’ve had a wonderful yet challenging week.  My heart is so full of hope for the girls I’ve been mentoring and I thank you all for your prayers.  I know it’s making a difference!  Some day, I will share more details with you, but for now I wish to protect them.  I have become a surrogate mama and I’m grateful to have the opportunity to speak life into a child who needs it.   I have learned many valuable lessons from this experience, but one of the most important is that the power of our words can alter everything for a person, especially a child.   The words we speak over others can create a flourishing life or total destruction.  The same goes for how we speak over our own lives as well.  I have had to reprogram my messed up thinking from childhood.  It’s been a loooong process, but I finally made it to the other side….well, it’s really not the ‘other side’.  It’s the course I should have been on all along.  My authentic course.  Not the one a parent, teacher, grandparent, coach or mentor created for me.

When you were a child, were you told you were smart?  beautiful?  talented?  My dad never said these things to me, in fact he made me feel down right stupid, but thank God my mom reinforced my strengths and made up for my dad’s lack of encouragement and affection.  For the record, my dad only did what his own father did to him.  I love my dad and we have a much healthier relationship now.

Yep, I’m a late bloomer, but better late than never, right.  Now, I am passionate to help others get back on course as well.  I hope it encourages you to know– at any given moment– we have the choice to change our course.  Be diligent in how you speak to yourself and to others.  Choose to speak life not death.

THIS WEEK I WILL…..

  1. Think before I speak.
  2. Shower others with compliments. Even strangers.
  3. Be encouraging instead of critical.
  4. Stay on my authentic course. (No matter what)
  5. Tell myself every single day, “Girl, you are beautiful!”
  6. Forgive those who criticize me. It’s only a projection of their own insecurities.
  7. Not complain. It puts me in a weak position instead of a powerful one!
  8. Silence my Negative Nellie. Even if I have to use the duct tape!
  9. Take a beat and a breath before I let something stupid fly out of my mouth. (We can’t take words back)
  10. Live with integrity 24/7.
  11. Embrace my own pace!  My personal growth path is an ‘at my own pace’ plan.  I will not judge it… no matter how slow it seems compared to others!

Did any of this resonate with you?  I would love to hear your comments + thoughts. Tweet it and share this post with your friends too. I appreciate it!

A big pat on the back to all of you who joined in the “Complaint- Free Weekend Challenge” on the Facebook Community.  I trust it was an eye-opening experience and raised your awareness in how you speak on a daily basis.  By focusing on the blessings in our lives, we unlock the power for even more blessings to flow.  Complaining does the opposite and blocks the blessings.

YOU ARE BEAUTIFUL.

Love, Tiff

ROCK_anyoutfit

adventure_begins

My wish for all of you is to find more peace and happiness in 2013 than you ever thought possible.  It all starts with YOU!  Making the choice to love yourself will keep you motivated FOR LIFE!  Look ahead with excitement and let the adventure begin.  Make yourself proud sista!

Thank you for being part of this Sisterhood.  I plan to bring you even more tips, insight, inspiration and encouragement to help strengthen and empower you in 2013.  Please make a comment and share any topics you are interested in discussing.  I want to hear from you!

Lastly, I cannot stress enough the importance of goal setting and visualizing for the year ahead.  Take some quiet time, search your heart and write out your goals and dreams.  Take a few days to do this if need be!  Don’t rush it.  I make it a fun, childlike and creative process and pull out my markers.

A great idea is to list your goals in sections as well.  For example, list them by Personal and Career/Business or take it a step further and list them by 1. Spirit 2. Family 3. Body 4. Career.  I just looked over my 2012 goals and it’s fun to see what has transpired!  If you’re a Pinterest fanatic, create a board of your new year’s goals.  Hmmm, I think I may have to do that myself!

ARE YOU READY FOR AN EPIC LIFE?

WooHoo!  What a gift….

I’m thrilled about this FREE EVENT Mastin Kipp of The Daily Love (my fave blog) is hosting and had to share it with you sisters!   This is the PERFECT way the end 2012 and release any old thought patterns, shift focus and set yourself up for success in 2013.  There will be 20 of the top thought leaders and empowerment coaches sharing their insight every night from Nov 12th-16th.  The panel includes my girlfriend, Ali Brown- the entrepreneur mentor, Marianne Williamson- author of the book I mention frequently, Illuminata, Kris Carr- my fave wellness guru and Gabby Bernstein- author of Spirit Junkie.

Yes, it is a commitment a few hours every night for 5 nights.  But, aren’t you and your future worth it?  When you sign up you will receive email reminders with the specific teacher being interviewed for that night.  At least try to make a few!  Let me know if you will be joining so we can discuss our “a-ha’s” afterward.
