Ok, I know you’re probably thinking — WAIT TIFF? 10? SERIOUSLY? Yes, I’m totally seriously. With the various vitamin deficiencies from the lack of whole foods, to environmental stress, to typical aging and hormonal imbalance, we must give our body what it’s lacking in order for it to function properly. I don’t know about you, but I want to stay away from the doctors and prescriptions as I get older. What we do now will determine how we look and feel in 20 years! I want to be strong- mentally and physically- when I’m 65.
Remember, please be mindful and consult your doctor if you have health conditions and are taking medications before starting any new vitamin and supplement routine.
This video is long so you may want to watch it in sections. Get your pen + paper to take notes! My handsome hubby makes a cameo too.
