Have you started the practice of selecting a word-of-the-year? I encourage you to chunk it down and do the same thing on the 1st of every month in 2019 as well. It’s not complicated so don’t overthink it! This is a simple yet powerful tool to help you stay focused and anchored in to the intentions you set for the month.
My word for February is PERSISTENCE. Not surprised. In Dec, I felt like giving up so I was tickled at how relevant this word is for me right now. See how it works?!?
- Take some time to get quiet.
- Light a candle.
- Get out your journal.
- Write out your intentions and your “word” will come to you out of that clarity.
- Put the word everywhere so you are reminder. Sticky note on the mirror and/or fridge, vision board, etc.
