Do you live a life WELL LAUGHED?

You can have all the money in the world, but without your HEALTH…you can’t enjoy it!   Let’s join together in bringing awareness to health & wellness initiatives in our communities!   My own personal mission is to give teenage girls the tools they need to live happy, healthy, empowered lives.  These girls are the Mothers of our future and I feel I have a responsibility to educate them on healthy eating choices, the importance of exercise and how to nurture their Spirits.

I am honored to be one of the five bloggers chosen to be part of THE LAUGHING COW: Live A Life Well Laughed Project.   We had a blast on the day of taping and I was surprised with a chance to try out the curriculum I’m developing for an EMPOWERMENT DAY CAMP!    Teens are the toughest crowd and I have to admit I was a tad nervous, but totally in my element and the girls were very receptive!    I am so grateful to Bel Brands for giving me this opportunity!

This project gives The Laughing Cow & Mini Babybel cheese lovers a chance to help families live a healthy lifestyle.   With your help, The Laughing Cow will donate up to $500,000 to health and wellness initiatives.

How you can help families with your snacking:
Through July 15,  go online and enter the UPC code found on the outside of  the packaging of The Laughing Cow Wedges or Mini Babybel.   Every time you enter a code, $1 is donated to wellness programs!  Visit www.LifeWellLaughed.com to learn more about how your snacking can support communities.  Join us in celebrating a “Life Well Laughed!”

Amazing Project..Grateful to be part of!

I was asked to be part of an amazing project by The Laughing Cow Cheese Company.  They chose 5 women bloggers from all over the US to tape a 4 minute webisode on what they are passionate about.   I discussed my passion to help teenage girls and the empowerment day camps I want to start!   The campaign starts April 4th (my daddy’s bday) and runs through mid-July on marieclaire.com, redbook.com and goodhousekeeping.com.  DECA.TV shot it and Jill Simonian hosted..amazing day with an amazing crew!  This experience really lit a fire in me to get these camps going.  We had a blast with the girls and believe they enjoyed it too!  It was a very blessed day…
