Hey Hey Love!

How are you handling the time change and cooler weather? I admit, I’m not a fan of the cold or the rain. Wahhhhh! Probably from all those years living in sunny LA with 70 degree weather year round except for that darn June gloom. One way I lift my spirit on those dreary days is to pop some color in my outfit. Of course, if you follow me on Instagram you know I’m obsessed with a touch of red at the moment. Red is the hottest color of the season and happens to be one of my favorite colors. My first little sports car was vibrant lipstick red!

Now come on…you know there are WAY more than 15 items I think we all need in our wardrobe! For the sake of time (and it ended up being a long webisode anyway) I narrowed it down to my Top 15 across the board whether you’re a die-hard fashionista or simply stylish! 1. PEEP-TOE BOOTIE

They’re sexy and you can wear them with pants or skirts. Instantly makes you feel flirty. Make sure to have a fresh pedi!

2. DAYTIME “Signature” CHARM/ PENDANT

I adore charm necklaces! Especially the ones given to me by someone dear to me. It makes me think of them while I wear it:-) Whether it’s a diamond heart-shaped pendant, a healing stone or your initial- I love them all. I think my Grandma started giving me charm necklaces when I was about 5 yrs old. Hey, start ’em young!

3. KNEE-LENGTH PENCIL SKIRT (preferably black)

Bowchickabowbow! These skirts are way more sexy (in my opinion) than a mini-skirt! They flatter just about every body type whether you have stick straight boy hips or a beautiful hourglass figure. Make sure to get one with a great stretch and a bit of a higher waist. They’re timeless and hot, but oh so classy!

4. COLORFUL SCARF

This little item is an instant mood lifter! I function better when it’s sunny outside so on the days that are rainy and dreary, I throw on a bright scarf to change my mood!

5. AVIATOR SHADES

These are my ALL TIME favorite sunglasses for several reasons! 1) They are light-weight so I love to wear them when I’m powerwalking or hiking. 2) They have the little rubber grips for the bridge of my nose so they stay put. I can’t stand how the oversized shades rest on my cheeks! 3) They just look plain COOL! Everyone looks great in aviators. They’re timeless and will never go out-of-style! ROCK ‘EM!

I consider this THE most important must have accessory that you should never leave home without! It doesn’t matter if you are wearing the most gorgeous couture Gucci outfit, if you aren’t rockin’ a beautiful smile along with it…well, you might as well go back home and start all over girl. You just wasted about $2 Grand on nada! Great news for you gals who may have a non-existent shopping budget right now because you’re paying off student loans–if you are sporting a stunning smile–people don’t really notice what you are wearing anyway! They’re captured and impressed by YOU and the confidence that a smile exudes! NEVER LEAVE HOME WITHOUT IT!
