Not having one is the scary part.
Can you imagine not having a dream and getting up every single
day without something to look forward to?
If you feel stuck today and the routine of life has kept you from
making strides toward your dream…JUST START! Take baby steps.
Do something…ANYTHING, every single day that has something to do
with your dream. It could be as simple as writing down a goal or making
that phone call you’ve been putting off. JUST DO SOMETHING! Then before you know it…your dream is coming into focus and it will be
within your grasp!
I also recommend journaling about your dream!
Get the ideas our of your head and down on paper.
Create a dream vision board!
Set 30 day, 3 month, 6 month goals pertaining to your dream.
Get the mindset that you have already attained the dream! Its here, now and you are living it! For example, if you have a dream of being a mother…see yourself pregnant, holding that baby and teaching that toddler to walk. If you have a dream of seeing all the museums in Paris, envision yourself on the plane, sipping coffee at a cafe on the Champs Elysess and walking around the museums looking at the beautiful artwork.
