This is the very 1st motivational vlog of the 2015 and this time I’m giving you a list of 5 things to stop doing instead of adding more things to your to-do list this year. As we all plan to go bigger and elevate every aspect of our life we have to get rid of and grow out of behaviors that hold us back from being our ultimate best!

SUNDAY EVE AFFIRMATIONS

Hey Warrior Women!

I trust you all had a fantastic weekend and did a few things for yourself that brought you pure bliss.  My weekend was glorious and I had the luxury of taking a 2 hour nap and feel like a new person!  Here’s a few affirmations to focus on for your week ahead. I hope it ROCKS!

I WILL….

  1. Let go of the noisy mind and embrace the quiet one.
  2. Drink a big glass of water every morning upon rising.
  3. Seek well-being + freedom every single day- NO MATTER WHAT.
  4. Choose excellence over mediocrity.
  5. Give gratitude for even the simplest things.
  6. Be a warrior not a worrier.
  7. Go to sleep at a decent hour.
  8. Treat myself to a massage, mani/pedi or a new pair of shoes…or all three.
  9. Stop and smell the roses.
  10. Not be sucked in to gossip. (because what I put out there, will come back to me 100 fold- Eeeek)
