Over the past few years, it seems like I have given you ladies every single tip I could on how to get glowing skin. But, being the curious researcher that I am- there is always more info for me to discover then share with you. As the seasons change, plus as our hormones and skin constantly change, it’s wise to change up our products. What worked for us two years ago, may not be effective with your current skin type and issues. With Summer around the corner, it’s a great time to reexamine our skincare routine and makeup, then throw out expired lip glosses, mascaras, foundations, powders or moisturizers.
Here are a few of my latest discoveries:

Finally, Jergens got with the program and put out their popular NATURAL GLOW gradual tanning moisturizer in a large pump bottle to make our busy lifestyle and skincare routine more efficient. I tried this when it first came on the scene and wasn’t sold, but my bestie keeps raving about it. At my last trip to Target, I decided to pick up a bottle when I saw the new pump. Hello Glow! I love that it keeps a light bronze glow to the skin without funky streaking or the funky smell. The ingredient list is impressive and includes Olive, Jojoba and Avocado oil as well as Vitamin E.

Hello, my name is Tiffany and I’m a bronzer addict! I always say that every woman, regardless of her skintone, looks more vibrant and healthy with a touch of bronzer. At an event recently, my girlfriend had the most beautiful bronze color swiped across the top of her cheeks. She shared that she was wearing the Bobbie Brown Bronze Shimmer Brick from Sephora. It also comes in a rose and nectar palette shade.

I adore cream blushes for Summer because they melt into your skin and give you a dewy look. e.l.f. Studio products continue to surprise me! I picked up this HD liquid blush at Target a few weeks ago and love it. It is highly pigmented so a little goes a long way. Since I don’t do makeup tutorials, I found a great one on YouTube which actually shows you how to apply this blush with the stipple brush. Plus, the cute host shows you how wearable it is after 8 hours.
If you have followed my blog for a while, you know the most important thing to me is your health and glowing from the inside- out. Makeup, potions and lotions are fun and I am cray-crazy about them, but to have that genuine, lasting glow- you must fill your body with the right foods. Blueberries are one one the best ways to get glowing skin, but they aren’t always in season and you may not be able to fit them into your daily diet. I’m super stoked to find this Acai Berry Classic for Beauty & Metabolism by Genesis Today. It’s a 100% Juice Blend of 16,000 mg of Acai in every serving, Pear Juice, White Grape Juice, Pineapple Juice, Apple Juice, Concord Grape Juice, Blueberry Juice, Pomegranate Juice, Black Cherry Juice and Cranberry Juice. B-Vitamins and an antioxidant blend of grape seed extract and green tea extract area also added. For convenience, I make my morning protein shake with this juice and it seriously gives me energy all day. I haven’t had that 2pm slump. WooHoo! Wal Mart now carries it for about $5.50 which is substantially cheaper than online.
Have you tried any of these products yet?
